“I got tired of messing around with inferior pressure washers. I got one at Home Depot for about $150 and another one from Sears. Both were junk. I was using the Sears on my dock one day and it started smoking. I thought it was going to burst into flames. So I shut it down and tried again the next day and it did the same thing. I threw it in the dumpster. The one from Home Depot was 1500 psi in that red plastic canister that looks like a vacuum cleaner. Switch quit working and they replaced it then that one quit. Another dumpster deposit. The Karcher has the Honda engine and that says it all. The thing only cost $300 and change and it works like a professional pressure washer a guy would use if he had his own business. “I bought a remanufactured Karcher Pressure Washer from CPO. The washer appeared to be brand new when it arrived. The price was about $100 less than a new item. That is a significant savings plus the shipping was FREE. I have used the washer and it works perfectly. Washing my very muddy ATV use to take about an hour. With the pressure washer, it took about 15 minutes. Why haven't I gotten one of these things before?? One small problem, The top of the plastic front housing was damaged in shipping. Karcher could not replace just the housing and would have replaced the entire washer at their expense. I didn't feel the problem was that severe and declined their offer.
